I decided that I would return to my hometown area once finished my first career.  Three years ago, I've chosen to move my business to the Bay of Quinte region including Belleville, Trenton/Quinte West and Prince Edward County.  Northern Hastings and L&A Counties. 
This region offers both urban amenities for those who like the city environment but also some of the finest wilderness land for those who want to get back to nature. 

Dual Board Membership

I am a member of both the Durham Region Association of Realtors and the Northumberland Hills Association of Realtors to better serve you with access to TREB (Toronto Real Estate Board) MLS database/listing AND the Ontario Collective MLS  database/listings.

Note most Buyers use Agents for their services since it normally doesn't cost anything!

You get more exposure with me than with Agents who are only members of local boards.
